We have moved from Quebec to Belize to start our dreams of living on the Caribbean Sea and share our home with you. We are living in the wooden house across the pool only accessible from the back so you will not see us, but we will be close enough to come for any need.

This self contained studio, situated on the ground floor, is perfect for one or two travelers, but can accommodate up to 3 people. Just on the Main street, this apartment is shares the same property as its big sister the Casita Carinosa. The pool is shared between you. The building sits on lush tropical garden. A two minute walk to bars, restaurants, tour shops and grocery stores.

We are centrally located, just 1.5 blocks from the water taxi piers, down the street from restaurants, snorkel shops, and of course, a one-minute walk to the ocean. The proximity to everything makes these rentals the perfect place to stay during your island vacation getaway. Caye Caulker is 17 miles north east of Belize City on the mainland and one mile from the second largest barrier reef in the world. The island is small, with sandy streets, no cars, and maintains a slow laid back lifestyle. It is also known at La Isla Carinosa - which means Friendly Island. No cars here - just golf carts, bikes and feet! No tarmac, just sandy lanes. Walking to the north end takes 15 mins, to the southern airstrip is 15 mins too. You can rent a cart at the agency on the street behind us in the next block not and for bikes just pop to the store on the next corner.
