You’ll love the 5-minute walk to Rogers Place, with restaurants, pubs, sports bars, and the casino all just steps away. The suite also includes ensuite laundry and underground heated parking for your comfort and convenience. Strict no-party policy. Month-to-month leases available.

This is the heart of Edmonton, one block away from all the action. I operate with 100% transparency and need to point out that part of living downtown will have traffic noise. So don’t be surprised seeing expensive cars driving by like Ferrari, Lamborghini or Austin Martin… as well as homeless people. However, this is still a unique building for folks quite used to downtown traffic. Perfect for Oilers games, concerts, conferences, or a business stay in downtown Edmonton. Best way to get around Edmonton & area is by car/Turo/Uber/Taxi. Being in the heart of the city you are close to all amenities and access able to the major freeways to get anywhere! Public transport is also always an option.
