Step back in time while enjoying modern comfort in this charming two-bedroom heritage home. Main Floor Living – Easy access with no stairs, featuring an inviting living room to relax after a day of exploring. Historic Charm – Enjoy the original details and timeless character of Old East London. Located just minutes from Victoria Hospital and Fanshawe College and a short drive to the core and UWO The Western Fair and Kellogg’s Entertainment District are just mere blocks away. This historic home was built in 1890 and is one of the original homes in the area. 10 foot ceilings and original hardwood and trim maintain the beauty of years past. This listing is an entire house with a secondary one bedroom apartment to the rear which is also an Airbnb listing. Both units have separate, private entrances. I live next door with my family and am available by phone if anything is required! Located on a dead end street - the Thames River and biking/hiking trails are yours to discover Bus stop on the corner of Hamilton Rd and Price St
