Sign our rental agreement 2. Verify your ID 3. Select a damage protection option – • Pay a 50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver (covers up to 700 CAD in accidental damage), OR • Choose a 700 CAD refundable security deposit (held 2 days before check-in, released 5 days after checkout). A 2% fee applies All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions. NOTE: - The fireplace in the main living room is for decorative only & not usable - The AC, backyard & patio have been winterized for the winter season & are currently unavailable until the spring season. - During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours after the snowfall has ended. - No smoking of any kind. A CAD 500+ tax fee applies if any evidence is found. - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the House - Our homes include essentials for about 7 days; guests on longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies.
