Our 950 sq. ft. cottage is situated, near the front of our 3 acre property, where we reside. The location is perfect for those who want to have a place to relax after exploring Cowichan Valleys finest local vineyards, farmers’ markets, parks, lakes/beaches and walking trails. Please enjoy the photos within the suite of wildlife and scenery, that was personally taken during our own travels throughout BC. The property is gated for security of our old friendly hound dog. We look forward to sharing this space with you for your next trip!
We will interact with guests if they desire, however we respect your privacy, and will go about the property and will not disturb you. Having said that, we are available if you need help, or have any questions.
We are on a quiet dead end street. Most neighbors have a couple of acres, and some have animals. You may hear or see chickens, geese, owls, ravens, deer, squirrels, horses and even eagles. We are a quick 5 minute drive from Brentwood College, and 10 minutes to Shawnigan Lake School, so perfect for parents visiting their children. Our close proximity to the Trans Canada Highway, makes travel easy to Victoria (35min drive), Duncan (25min) and approx 45min to Nanaimo.
