Welcome to our comfy creekside cottage! This 3-bedroom haven offers comfort and versatility. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, dressers, and bedside tables. The third bedroom boasts a bunk bed with a double mattress below and a single above. On the main floor, a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and vanity ensures convenience. The kitchen and TV room blend seamlessly, creating an open, social space flooded with natural light from the large patio door. Step onto the deck for outdoor entertainment and sunbathing on sun loungers. The TV room features a 50' TV with Chromecast, perfect for streaming your favorite shows, and a vintage vinyl record player, also 20k+ retro video games . Descend to the basement for leisurely activities, including foosball and a cozy reading nook. A modern bathroom with vanity, toilet, and glass shower, also housing the washer and dryer, adds convenience. The basement offers ample seating with a large sofa and bean bag, ideal for relaxed gatherings around the home theater system and fireplace. Next to it, a bar with a refrigerator, an expresso coffee machine offers a great setup for enjoying your drinks. Enjoy meals at the dining table for six, bathed in natural light during the day. Or bask under the stars while seated at the patio table set during the night. Explore the sprawling 3-acre property, complete with a surrounding creek.
