A 2% fee applies; refunded total is 686 CAD unless canceled before processing. All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions. NOTE: - The air conditioning system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months. - The balcony has been winterized for the winter season and is currently unavailable until the spring season. - During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours after the snowfall has ended. - No smoking of any kind. A CAD 500+ tax fee applies if any evidence is found. - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the House - Our homes include essentials for about 7 days; guests on longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies.
