Welcome to Elk River Flats! These beautifully decorated second-floor apartments in the Annex neighbourhood offer a modern, cozy retreat with 10-foot ceilings. Located just 6 minutes from the ski hill, 6 blocks from downtown Fernie, and 2 blocks from cross-country ski trails, it's the perfect spot for adventure and relaxation. Each of our one-bedroom apartments features air conditioning, a spacious layout, and a sofa bed for extra comfort. The fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom with a tub and shower provide all the conveniences you need, plus an in-suite washer and dryer for added ease. This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to a thousand dollars for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary. - Lost keys, keycards, fobs, remotes, or parking passes - Broken cups, plates, or other kitchenware - Accidental stains or tears in furniture, carpets, and bed linens - Accidental damage to walls, mirrors, or other fixtures
