The Beautiful and Bright Guest Suite is located in a walk-out basement in a newly built home, in Blueridge, North Vancouver. The spacious 900 Square foot suite has an open living room and dining room, full kitchen, two bedrooms, plus a dayroom/office. One bedroom has a King-sized bed (2 persons), while the second bedroom has two twin beds (2 persons). The office/day room off living room is also available for your use. The kitchen has everything you require to cook and serve meals. Guests can enjoy the fully self-contained, spacious suite with a private entrance.Located close to the ocean and mountains, surrounded by lush forest and scenic trails, Short trip to Downtown Vancouver. Keypad entry for convenient check in and out. Come alone or bring your family/friends with you. Price is per night stay
Location of Blueridge neighbourhood in North Vancouver • 30-minute drive to either Mt. Seymour, Grouse Mountain or Cypress Mountain for skiing, hiking site seeing • 15-minute drive to the Capilano Suspension Bridge, Tree Adventure, Cliff Walk, Salmon Hatchery and Capilano River Regional Park • 12- minute drive to Deep Cove Village: Close to hiking and biking trails that connect to the Baden Powell trail and Deep Cove. • 13-minute drive to Lonsdale Quay and waterfront: 12-minute trip on Seabus to downtown Vancouver. • 20-minute drive or bus ride to Downtown Vancouver (15 km away): Close to bus stop. • Location is very close to hiking, biking fishing trails in Seymour River Park. • Downtown Vancouver is less than 15 kilometres (10 miles) away.
