We are located just down the street from the Festival Theatre. Our house is a 4 story duplex and our guests get to enjoy the top two floors. The views of the River are incredible from the balcony on the main level and the Juliet balcony off the attic King suite. Our Jukebox will add an element of fun to this elegant property! You will have 2 large King suites each with its own ensuite and private sitting area. This will allow families to spread out, and couple travelling together to enjoy a bit of privacy. If you are familiar with Stratford you will know that Ballantyne Ave runs right into the Festival Theatre, we can hear the trumpets indicating the start of a show. We are directly across from Art in the Park and we are just off Riverside Drive. The location can’t be beat. Our parking allows for 2 cars or 1 large truck. And once parked you can walk to downtown easily, as well as the additional 3 theatres. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the Avon River and listen to the Razzamajazz playing music as it floats by. This home is a true Gem.

We love gardening! You will see our passion for the gardens when you visit our home. We love to travel! Leanne is from Stratford but Nanette grew up in the UK. We go back to visit often and love to explore new places while also visiting family.

You will be immersed in parkland, and all things Stratford. Swans, Art in the Park, The Avon River, The trumpets sounding off the next performance, the Razzamajazz and the buzz of riverside Drive. All things can be enjoyed from the balcony or you can take a stroll with your morning coffee through Art in the Park or down to the river a few steps away.
