The COLOURS BY BATTISTELLA is a privately-owned residential condo building with no specific services or amenities for rental guests. All confirmed bookings indicate guest agreement to adhere to the property's residential bylaws and community standards. KEY PICK-UP: • Please note that keys for the unit must be picked up at an alternate KeyNest location before 10:00 PM. • To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required for all reservations. • Please note that the dishwasher is currently unavailable. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause . • Please note the sofa bed can be extended from the lower part of the sofa itself. • Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property. • We offer on-site, underground parking for one vehicle at CAD20 per night. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass. • No smoking or vaping inside the unit or in common areas. • Pets are strictly not allowed in this short-term rental. BUILDING RULES: • Guests must complete a Tenant Undertaking Form upon arrival (required by building manager Equium Group). • Maximum of 2 guests per bedroom. No outside visitors or social gatherings allowed. • No hanging of items (e.g., laundry, banners) from windows or balconies. • Do not dispose of cigarette butts or items from balconies – fines may be applied. • Thermostat must not be set below 15°C and should never be turned off. • Balcony doors must remain closed in extreme cold weather.

The hip Beltline area is bounded by 17th Avenue SW, with cool boutiques selling fashion, retro furniture, vinyl and quirky gifts. Dining spans trendy taco joints, locavore eateries and Korean restaurants, while nightlife encompasses craft beer pubs, live music venues and dance clubs. There are landscaped gardens at Central Memorial Park, while nearby Stampede Park is known for the annual Calgary Stampede rodeo.
