Welcome to luxury front double attached garage home in west of Edmonton. 3700 sq feet fully developed home come with 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4.5 bathrooms. Jacuzzi tub in master ensuite. 2 bedrooms come with own ensuite. Open to below in front entry with metal railing with dark wood stain stair case from top floor to basement. Formal dining room with cherry wood dining set. Nicely decorated with high end furniture. Huge yard for your family and pets. Bbq on the deck. Patio table

It is about 15 minutes to west edmonton mall and there is Lake close by. 5 minuts to river cree casino. It is in very quiet and beautiful neighborhood
