Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you! •Please note, after a snowfall, accessing and leaving the area necessitates the use of a 4x4 or an AWD vehicle. Local towing companies charge between 300 USD and 500 USD for extraction services. While the roads are regularly maintained and plowed, the incline for entering and exiting demands the use of 4x4 or AWD vehicles. • To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, we kindly request to ensure your furry friends are kept on a leash while on the property. Additionally, please remember to promptly clean up after your pets. • Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property. 1. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is 49 USD/animal.
