A beautiful cottage style home with all modern amenities and comforts to completely unwind in the nature. The house is set on 7 acres of private marsh area with plenty of wildlife around. 3 mins drive to lake, ATV/snowmobile trails, fishing, provincial parks, beaches and beautiful towns. Large parking lot, heating, electricity, running water, WiFi available. Enjoy sunrise, relax on the deck. Spend evenings by firepit &bqarbecue and starry sky far from city lights. Calm and peaceful neighborhood. Lot of privacy. 3 mins drive to boat launch(Wadsworth lake). Several lakes and fishing spots nearby. Hastings trail(ATV/Snowmobile) is right around the corner. Nearest diner is 5 mins away and 30 mins drive to towns Bancroft, Madoc 50 Mins drive to Northern Frontenac dark sky area. 1 HR 15 mins drive to Algonquin Provincial Park. 1 HR drive to Belleville, Peterborough 1 HR drive to Bon Echo Provincial Park 1.5 hrs drive to Prince Edward County. 2 hrs drive to Kingston 2.5 hrs drive to Ottawa 2.5 hrs drive to Toronto Located in the town of Gilmour, 3 mins from highway 62. Place offers large parking lot for 6 cars and ATV/Snowmobiles/Trailer
