Damage protection option – • Pay a 50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver (covers up to 700 CAD in accidental damage), OR • Choose a 700 CAD refundable security deposit (held 2 days before check-in, released 5 days after checkout). A 2% fee applies; refunded total is 686 CAD unless canceled before processing. All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions. NOTE: - The AC system, patio, and backyard are available for your comfort during the summer months but are unavailable during the cooler months. - During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours after the snowfall has ended. - No smoking of any kind.
