Pre-Arrival Requirements (After Booking) We require all guests to complete the following steps before receiving check-in instructions: 1) Sign our short-term rental agreement 2) Complete ID verification 3) Select your damage protection option Choose one of the following: – 50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to 700 CAD in accidental damage – 700 CAD refundable security deposit, pre-authorized 2 days before check-in and released 5 days after checkout (a 2% processing fee applies, resulting in a 686 CAD refund) Hot Tub Rules: - Use of the hot tub outside these hours is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. This is in accordance with the City of Edmonton’s noise bylaw (quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) and will be strictly enforced. There are no exceptions. -Read more of our hot tub rules in our house manual NOTE: - The AC system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months. - No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A CAD500 + tax fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found. - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the House - Our homes are stocked with essentials for approximately 7 days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they need.

While the neighborhood is in the north central portion of the city, you will feel like you're out in the suburbs. If you have time during your stay, we encourage you to take a walk around our neighborhood and see the parks nearby. If you walk to Griesbach hill and make your way to the top, you will see an absolutely stunning view of the city at large and the downtown core. Whether you are renting a car during your stay, need to access public transit, or want to call an Uber, Edmonton has it all and you will have access to anything you need to get you to where you need to go.
