Spanning 3,200 square feet, this custom-built, mountainside chalet is perfectly positioned right next to the gondolas of Big White Mountain Ski Resort, making it the ideal staging point for your family's next vacation! Inside, the home's burnished cherrywood floors glisten under radiant natural light cascading in through the living room's large windows. You'll love spreading out on the living room sofa to catch up on a favorite novel while enjoying a glass of wine or a hot cup of tea. The home's private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy an al-fresco brunch with friends before heading out for a day on the slopes. The gourmet kitchen is a thing of beauty, with stainless steel appliances, lustrous cabinetry, miles of counter space, and lots of cookware to play around with. You'll even have a dishwasher to take care of those dirty dishes while you serve your guests at the handsome dining table that seats up to eight. After a day of winter fun, come home for a hot soak in the private hot tub with someone you love then challenge someone to a game of Ping-Pong in the downstairs game room. When it's time to wrap up the evening, you'll have four bedrooms to choose from. The upstairs main bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bath, a mounted flatscreen TV, and a gas fireplace. Next door, the second bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk and the third bedroom has two twins, each room enjoying its own en-suite bath. Downstairs, the main level bedroom has a queen bed. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
