Restored " gingerbread style " house with 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms overlooking Vancouver Harbour ; walk to Shipyards waterfront marina , restaurants and craft breweries , local pubs and shops ; within minutes walk to public transport and Sea Bus downtown Cruiseship Centre , Stanley Park , BC Stadium and main FIFA Vancouver venues ;

Convenient location to most tourist attractions and all waterfront activities such a Night Markets , Farmers Markets , musical concerts , movie theaters " under the stars " ; just 5 minutes below our house in new Shipyards Waterfront Marina and longest pathway called " Spirit Trail " along the entire Vancouver Port with magnificent view of Ships , sunsets and Vancouver City skyline ; just 10 minutes walk will take you modern Marina where you can have your lunch ( not need it after breakfast served in " Ocean Breeze " ) or glass of beer and dry spareribs in waterfront pubs ; friendly neighbourhood with Zero ( 0 ) crime , safe ;
