Forever looking for new opportunities to present our guests with unforgettable and illustrious experiences, Simplissimmo decided to restore, renovate and transform entire floors of a nearly half-century-year-old building located in the heart of downtown Montreal. Business or pleasure, weekend away or temporary relocation, the Pierce Hotel, was meticulously designed with our guest's ultimate comfort in mind with each unit featuring a Premium King Size memory foam mattress, rain shower, in-suite laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso Coffee and Smart TV. Guests also enjoy easy self check-in, a convenient ground-floor shop for last-minute essentials, and affordable nearby street parking. SELF CHECK-IN WITH SIMPLISSIMMO Check-in time is 3 PM. Before your arrival day, you’ll receive a link to your personal Boarding Pass, where you’ll complete your registration in advance. At 3 PM on your arrival day, your access codes for both the building and your unit will automatically appear on your Boarding Pass—no need for keys or in-person check-in. The Boarding Pass is your central hub throughout your stay, providing everything from entry codes to local recommendations. You can also use it to purchase upgrades and services, such as early check-in, late check-out, extra cleanings, or refills on coffee. With Simplissimmo, check-in and check-out are entirely contactless, effortless, and available 24/7.

Online check-in requires a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, and a pre-authorized security deposit to be completed before check-in.

A C$300 security deposit will be pre-authorized on the guest's credit card at check-in. Our cleaning team will intervene at 11:00 AM on the day of departure, and in case of damage, a report with pictures will be sent after the evaluation. If no issues are found, the pre-authorization will be released within forty-eight (48) hours of departure.

Please note our virtual front desk is available 7 days a week via text, email, and phone.

We provide a contactless check-in experience using a unique access code for building and room entry via a smart lock.

A maximum of 2 guests per room and up to 2 visitors until 11PM are allowed.

Security cameras monitor common areas; non-compliance may lead to expulsion and loss of the security deposit.
