Fresh suite on lower level with own private entrance and private bathroom + kitchen. The house is in a safe and very quiet neighbourhood, even that guests can lock access to property from the inside. The space is cozy and very functional. Newly renovated, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, providing a refined and welcoming living experience. With marble like floor tiles ,tiled kitchen backsplash and full tiled washroom. Relax on the sofa to a book or watch your shows on the smart tv. 6 minutes from 410. 15 minutes from airport. 30 min. Drive to Toronto CN Tower & 1.5hrs to Niagara Falls. Free parking available on site. Dog allowed, pet cleaning fee applies. No cats as I am allergic.
