Bright garden suite a mere 10 minute walk to downtown Salmon Arm and Shuswap Lake! Walking distance to Roots & Blues Festival. 1 hours drive to major ski hills/ mountain bike trails. Self contained with free parking, 3 piece bathroom, kitchenette with Keurig & bar fridge. Secure bicycle storage possible. Living room with gas fireplace, 55 inch TV with Netflix and Prime. Dedicated workspace with wifi and USB charging station. Double occupancy suited or family of four. No pets, non smoking.
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our home! We love to meet people from around the world! Salmon Arm has so much to offer..from wineries and ciderys to excellent nordic skiing plus 3 downhill slopes within a mere hours drive, hiking and biking trails, great restaurants and more! Not to mention the beautiful Shuswap Lake, with the longest wooden wharf in BC! We hope you enjoy your time in our lovely town!
Detatched home on a double lot just a 10 minute walk to downtown Salmon Arm There is one free parking space included. Downtown is a mere 10 minute walk to the wharf and lake, shopping and dining.
