Welcome to MILLHOUSE COTTAGE! Nestled on the oceans edge with private dock sits a modern retreat which allows our guests a quiet getaway. Only a 20 min adventure to Twillingate to check out Iceberg Alley or 35 minutes to the ferry to Fogo Island. Enjoy a fire in the firepit on the shoreline or bbq on the wrap around deck.
The MILLHOUSE offers Wifi and Smart TV. There are two queen bedrooms and another flex room with a futon and working area. 2 full bathrooms with open concept living room; kitchen and dining room. It is furnished with everything you need to have a relaxing short- or long-term stay.
Outdoor space features a large wrap around deck, dining furniture, barbeque and fire pit. The entire property is available to guests. Large parking area at the front of the property.

This property is located in the safe and charming town of Summerford (~ population 900). The cottage is located within minutes of a gas station and grocery store. Gander International Airport is located approximately 1 hour away traveling along NL-331 and NL-340 North. Twillingate and the ferry to Fogo Island is approximate 20-35 minutes.
