We're walking distance from Stampede Park; in the Beltline neighbourhood. • The COLOURS BY BATTISTELLA is a privately-owned residential condo building with no specific services or amenities for rental guests. All confirmed bookings indicate guest agreement to adhere to the property's residential bylaws and community standards. KEY PICK-UP: • Please note that keys for the unit must be picked up at an alternate KeyNest location before 10:00 PM. • Please note that the dishwasher is currently not available to use. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other concern. • We offer on-site, underground parking for one vehicle at CAD20 per night. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass. To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. BUILDING RULES: • Guests must complete a Tenant Undertaking Form upon arrival (required by building manager Equium Group). • Maximum of 2 guests per bedroom. No outside visitors or social gatherings allowed. • No hanging of items (e.g., laundry, banners) from windows or balconies. • Do not dispose of cigarette butts or items from balconies – fines may be applied. • Thermostat must not be set below 15°C and should never be turned off. • Balcony doors must remain closed in extreme cold weather.
