• To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you! •The apartment is equipped with centralized heating and a portable air conditioner for cooling. A ceiling fan is also available for additional comfort. • Please note that due to ongoing construction and preparations for a Santa Claus Parade, both the back entrance (James St N) and the side entrance (Robert St) will be temporarily inaccessible. If you arrive by cab or car, there's a single spot available for temporary parking to load/unload. This spot is located behind Christ's Church Cathedral, at 252 James St N, Hamilton, ON L8R 2L3, Canada. • Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property. • For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our property and ensures a comfortable experience for our long-term guests. 1. There is no on-site parking available. Please contact us if you require parking recommendations. 2. We're happy to deliver: --> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for CAD 40 (one-time fee) --> a Highchair for CAD 40 (one-time fee) •Pets are very welcome at our home. We accept one large dog (40 lbs or more), up to two small dogs (under 40 lbs). Please note that we do not accept cats at this time. Noise Awareness Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared.
