This modern 4.5-room apartment with a lot of charm and cachet is located on the upper floor. Two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet are spread over 118m2 of living space. You can live, cook and eat in the modern, well-equipped kitchen and in the open living/dining area. You can enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony with views of the mountains. The house is situated in a quiet area, 2 minutes’ walk from Pfingstegg cable car and 150 metres from the nearest bus stop. WiFi and a garage parking space are included in the rent. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.
