IIP Apartments was founded in 2019 with a simple idea: to create a better, more flexible way to stay – whether for a few nights or several months. Since then, we have steadily grown and now manage a selection of thoughtfully designed, fully equipped apartments outside of Zurich. We are a small, dedicated team that genuinely cares about providing our guests with a pleasant and relaxing experience. Our focus is on smart, stylish living with plenty of freedom and privacy – no reception, no queues, no stress, just a smooth, digital check-in and a space that feels like your own. Whether you are here for business, relocating, or simply staying a little longer – we ensure that your time with us is relaxed, easy, and exactly as you want it to be.

IIP Apartments offers a modern and flexible alternative to traditional hotels. Our fully equipped apartments with kitchens are ideal for long-term stays, but short stays are also warmly welcomed. We do not have a reception – check-in is simple and fully digital, allowing you to start your stay with ease. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Please make sure to complete the online check-in before your arrival. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please contact us in advance so we can ensure everything is ready for your arrival. If you experience any issues with the digital check-in or need assistance, our team will be happy to help you during office hours. Each apartment provides the comfort of a private home, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans. You will also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, an electronic safe, a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) for restful sleep, and a desk perfect for working remotely. For your convenience, we offer weekly cleaning of the apartments. In addition, each floor has a shared laundry room available for your use. Our apartments combine independence and comfort – perfectly suited for both short and extended stays. You also have the option to add breakfast, which can be enjoyed conveniently at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn.

Spreitenbach is conveniently located in the western part of the Greater Zurich area – ideally situated between the city center and Zurich Airport. Both destinations are easily accessible by car in just 10 to 15 minutes. A tram station of the Limmattalbahn is located close to the apartments, providing direct access to the public transportation network. Dietikon train station is about 10 minutes away by tram. From there, you can reach Zurich's main station in about 15 minutes. The apartments are located in a quiet and centrally situated residential area. The Shoppi Tivoli shopping center, one of the largest shopping malls in Switzerland with over 170 stores covering groceries, fashion, electronics, and more, is less than a five-minute walk away. For those interested in sports, the area offers numerous recreational opportunities, such as a tennis club, a fitness center, a go-kart track, an indoor pool, and a Vita-Parcours – all easily reachable on foot or within a short distance.
