The flat is located on the first floor: as you enter you will find the living room with the kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home, a dining table for 4 and a small balcony overlooking the greenery, from which you can enjoy breakfast at the crack of dawn or aperitifs at sunset. Next door is a double bedroom with a large wardrobe for storing your clothes. Going up a small staircase you will access the mezzanine floor with exposed beams, and you can sit on the large sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa.), or manage your work from the desk corner or watch TV. Concluding the flat, down the stairs is a bathroom with shower. A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

In 10 minutes you can enjoy your holidays at the Agno lido. Visit nearby Cademario with its beautiful walks and the famous Kurhaus spa. How to get there: By car, from the A2 motorway take exit 49-Lugano Nord from A2/E35; continue on Via Cantonale/Via Galleria. Take S.da Regina, Via Cademario and Canve towards Str. Cantonale in Bioggio and in 15 minutes you will reach the flat. By bus, from Piazzale Stazione take no. 422 for 12 stops, get off at Bosco Luganese, Chiesa and in 1 minute walk you will reach your destination.
