Hi we are Laetitia and Jess, Both originally from Belgium, we moved to Nendaz in 2008. Having immersed ourselves in the local community, we fell in love with the area and decided to make our life as a family here. After both working for local businesses, we took the initiative in 2013 to set up our own venture with the aim of offering a more personal solution to the rental and management of second homes. Together we provide a friendly, dependable, personalised and honest service coupled with an extensive knowledge of the local area. Chalet Lisa is a very comfortable ski-in-ski-out chalet in Nendaz. It sleeps up to 8 and has spectacular views of the Rhone valley. The chalet is located right next to the ski slope and accessible by car, with garage parking and a second car parking space outside the garage. Lay-out of the chalet: Ground floor: Entrance with boot room Master bedroom with large double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath tub and toilet Bunk room with four adult-sized bunk beds Separate bathroom with shower and toilet Washing machine Main floor: Cozy living area with log burning fire, fully equipped kitchen, dining area. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Mezzanine floor Open bedroom overlooking the dining and kitchen area with a large double bed and a small desk nook. Sunny terraces, garden with BBQ. Equipment: Dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and fondue set. Highchair and stair gates available free of charge but on request. The ski domain has 92 lifts over a vast area of 412km and is a skiing and snowboarding paradise for families, beginners and expert thrill seekers who wish to experience the challenging and diverse off-piste skiing. The majestic Mont Fort at 3,300m is the highest point of the 4 Valleys with jaw-dropping 360-degree views of over twenty 4000m peaks, including the Mont Blanc and Matterhorn and one of the steepest mogul runs in the Alps. Summer in the Swiss Alps is equally breathtaking and with an average of 300 days of sunshine a year, this region of Switzerland has a wonderful climate. Stroll amongst the orchards in the valley and along the irrigation channel walks or "bisses" walks which wind around the mountain on a slight gradient or hike up the valleys to the high Alps. Enjoy the huge choice of mountain bike trails, especially the Tour de Mont-Fort.
