We offer two apartments in Chalet Sunneblick. A maisonette apartment with 3 bedrooms and a first floor apartment with 2 bedrooms. Our guests love the apartments because of their design with alpine charm containing many beautiful equipment details. Our guests love the proximity to nature and the fantastic direct mountain view.
Chalet Sunneblick is located directly at hiking trails and at the ski and sledge run of the ski area Grindelwald First. The chalet is very well connected with public transport. The bus stop is located 200 meters from the house.
The maisonette apartment Sunneblick 1 has two parking spaces available (one of them in the garage).
The apartment Sunneblick 3 has one parking space available (directly in front of the house).
We are the Stillhard family (Guido & Diana, Louis-Andrea, Nina-Maria) and wish you a great stay in our apartment in Grindelwald. We love Grindelwald because of its unique location in the middle of 4000 meters high mountains and because of its countless leisure activities.
We respect the nature and the facilities that surround us and we hope that our guests will treat our apartment and its surroundings with the same care as we do.
The Eiger village of Grindelwald in the Bernese Oberland is surrounded by an imposing mountain scenery with the Eiger north face and Wetterhorn. This scenery and the countless activities make Grindelwald one of the most cosmopolitan holiday and excursion destinations in Switzerland. The railway reaches the Jungfraujoch via Kleine Scheidegg; "Top of Europe" is the highest railway station in Europe and a world-famous destination in the eternal snow and ice.
The First and Kleine Scheidegg - Männlichen - Wengen ski areas offer 160 km of ski slopes with around 30 lifts up to 2500m. The Schilthorn near Mürren even reaches 2971m. 80 kilometres of winter hiking trails with views of seven four-thousand-meter peaks and majestic glaciers are available to choose from, as well as 60 kilometres of sledge runs, including 15 kilometres of one of the longest sledge runs in the Alps from the Faulhorn to the valley. Of course, countless other winter sports are possible in Grindelwald.
Around Grindelwald there are 300km of summer hiking trails.
