Property information

The 150 square meter apartment on the second floor is spread over two levels. On the first of the two floors of the apartment there is a large living room, terrace with breathtaking views, overlooking the San Gian church, the Inn river, and the beautiful Muottas Muragls. The dining room with separate spacious kitchen completes the first floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two double and one with two single beds. The second floor is completed by a bathroom with shower, and a second bathroom with tub. A place in the heated garage, ski room. The use of the laundry room is not allowed

Neighbourhood information

Chesa Pradatsh 5 is held in the San Gian area of Celerina close on the river Inn, very narrow to the beautiful church of San Gian and its fields. Cross-country trails can be accessed directly from the apartment. The train station is 500 meters away, the Celerina-Marguns cable car is 1 km away and the free shuttle goes under the house while the supermarket is only 400 meters away. Within a radius of 400 meters from the house there are four renowned restaurants.
