The house has 4 comfortable BEDS. In the LIVING AREA there is a very comfortable SOFA BED, the kind that opens to form a double bed. When the sofa bed is closed it is a very comfortable sofa, with before you the television cabinet equipped with Smart TV with free NETFLIX. We chose this location for the sofa area, so that if you prefer to relax without technology, you can also read your book while sipping a good tea or glass of wine, admiring the greenery beyond the window. We are on floor 1 on the street side, but from this floor you have direct access to the condominium garden, opening a simple door where you can dine outside using the beautiful stone table. Here you can also have aperitifs or sweet breakfasts or you can go out for a cigarette. Lush and valuable plants and fruit trees grow in the GARDEN; the walled enclosure will make you feel catapulted into the 17th century. The KITCHEN is fully equipped, with plates, bowls and saucers for six people, glasses, cups, goblets and mugs. We have thought of every little detail, there are the gold-colored tableware, meat knives, bread knife, cutting board, potato peeler and corkscrew, salad bowl, heart-shaped egg forms, several ladles, pots and pans for cooking. You will also find the kettle, toaster, microwave oven, and a Nespresso Vertuo machine that makes great coffee.
