The 2.5 room holiday flat with approx. 70 m² in the centre of Lenzerheide is located on the ground floor of the very quietly situated building section 6 of the Hotel Schweizerhof, with direct access to the wellness area, underground car park and direct access to the cross-country ski trail. The flat's location is also ideal due to the short distances to restaurants, village life and shopping, as well as to the Hotel Schweizerhof's own swimming pool and wellness area. The flat has a large living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen and 4 dining areas, 2 bathrooms with shower, a bedroom with double bed, a terrace and a small storage room. Two folding beds in the living room provide additional sleeping accommodation. A reserved garage parking space with wallbox is available for a fee. The flat offers space for 4 people and is also suitable for longer stays. As a guest of this flat, you can use the family pool, the outdoor pool, the steam bath and the swimming pool with counter-current system in the 4* Hotel Schweizerhof (directly accessible) free of charge.
