The two rooms each offer around 15 square meters of living space and were built in 2001. One room is south-facing and has a modern tiled floor, while the other is east-facing with a warm wooden floor and attractive colors. Both rooms feature either a double bed (180 x 200 cm) or two single beds (90 x 200 cm), as well as bedside tables, a TV, a table and chairs, underfloor heating, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle. The bathroom with a shower and toilet is located on the first floor. Both rooms have access to the living and dining room and the kitchen, which are shared with the owner of the house. The kitchen is equipped with all useful utensils, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a ceramic glass cooktop. Pets are not allowed, and this is a non-smoking apartment. WiFi is available throughout the house.
