We lived in this beautiful small town just outside Neuchatel and we loved it every minute. It is situated at 800 m altitude and has a magnificent view on the lakes and on the Alps. From the apartment, you can make wonderful walks through the woods, climbing towards Chaumonts or to the Chasseral, or walking downhill to Neuchatel and its lake. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a completely renovated kitchen and a comfortable living room. On the balcony you can enjoy the view or just relaxing the quiet environment. This part of the Jura is famous due to the watch making industry also known as the Watch Valley. Neuchâtel has several museums, including the Laténium, an archeology museum focusing on the prehistorical times in the region of Neuchâtel and Hauterive, particularly the La Tène culture; The flagship Musée d’Art et d’Histoire, Esplanade Léopold-Robert, and its star attractions, the Automates Jaquet-Droz (Jaquet-Droz Mechanical Figurines) are also notable. For other leisure activities, Neuchatel has a tremendous amount of different sorts: walking, sailing, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, cycling, riding, etc.
