This fully equipped studio is located in the centre of the most charming village Perroy. It's situated on the ground floor of an 18th century house with a rich history, entirely renovated in 2012. The decoration is modern with luxurious finishings. Hardwood oak floors, italian kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso and washer/dryer. Wifi, cable TV and audio system, all has been done to make your stay as convenient and comfortable possible!
We're right across from the excellent bakery / tea room and also from the local mini-market. Behind the house is the very popular restaurant 'La Passade'. The studio has its own independant entrance and South facing terrace in front. By car, 2 minutes to the freeway Geneva-Lausanne. The bus at 50m takes you in a few minutes to the railway stations of Rolle or Allaman. We're downtown in walking distance from the lake. We're just 20 minutes away from Geneva or Lausanne, a half hour to the wine region of Lavaux. In one hour you're on the ski slopes of Villars or 'Les Portes du Soleil' and in 15min more you're in Verbier or Chamonix. Around the village, have a stroll through the vineyards or along the lake. Enjoy a glass of wine on one of the many terrasses, and spoil yourself with a great local dish of 'filets de perches' or a 'papet vaudois'... Careful: you may not want to leave!
