Welcome to our modern and comfortably furnished 1-bedroom apartment in the Residence Eden - centrally located in Arosa. Ideal for up to 4 guests, with balcony, fireplace, private parking and ski room - perfect for a stylish stay in the mountains. Welcome to our modern and cozy apartment in the Residence Eden - centrally located in the heart of Arosa and ideal for couples or small families looking for a stylish stay in the mountains. The lovingly furnished apartment offers space for up to 4 guests. It has a spacious bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a bright living room with a fireplace and access to the balcony as well as a high-quality kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower. From the balcony, guests can enjoy a beautiful view of Arosa and the mountains all year round. Other amenities include a washing machine and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, a humidifier, a ski room and a private parking space in the underground garage. And all this in a very quiet residential area - just a few minutes' walk from the train station, ski lifts, restaurants and stores. The perfect place to enjoy Arosa all year round.

Neighbourhood information

Located in the center of Arosa, in a very quiet street and only a few minutes' walk from the train station, the ski lifts, the bus stop, supermarkets, restaurants and much more. Everything is within easy walking distance. There is a lot going on in the event destination of Arosa in winter and summer! Numerous events on the mountain, in the village or on the lake inspire their audience. As well as the beautiful ski slopes and mountain panoramas that leave nothing to be desired. The traditional Graubünden holiday resort of Arosa lies at the end of the romantic Schanfigg valley at around 1800m. The imposing world of peaks offers an extensive biking and hiking area in summer and versatile winter sports opportunities in winter. Due to its location in an open valley basin, Arosa is very sunny and is largely spared strong winds. Because there is no through traffic, the air is particularly clean. Arosa has therefore been a well-known alpine climatic health resort since 1877. Arosa can be reached by Rhaetian Railway from Chur or by car over 365 serpentines and through several tunnels, passing the smaller holiday resort of Langwies.
