It is located 2 steps away from the Lugano station and the centre can be easily reached on foot or by funicular. Nearby: You are close to the lake-promenade and in 10 minute walking distance of the heart of the historical and high-end shopping district (Via Nassa) of Lugano. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy and more are just around the corner. Bus stop, train stop and airport shuttles are in walking distance from the apartment. Parking is easy to find outside the apartment in the "blue" area: free during the weekend and first 2h parking.  Paid parking at the train station is a 2 minutes walk. The location is very central and nice. In a walking distance you can reach the major the bus-lines, the train station and airport shuttle services for  Linate/Malpensa and Orio al Serio.  How to get there: By car, from the A2 motorway exit Lugano Nord set the GPS: in 5 minutes you will reach the flat.  By train, from Lugano station walk 8 minutes to reach the flat.
