The hotel is situated in the heart of Neuchâtel, directly on the banks of Lake Neuchâtel, and offers views of the harbour. The hotel is only a 2-minute walk from the historical centre. All rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some rooms offers views of the lake. It features a restaurant with a terrace offering Mexican cuisine. There is a vending machine with snacks, drinks and hot beverages located on the 1st floor.
