Kia Orana, Matavera Mountain Vista is a stylish two bedroom Villa nestled at the end of a quiet lane. Relax on the spacious deck by the large pool and enjoy the historic orange trees and mountain vista. Comfortably sleeps four people but can take up to six with two sofa beds available. Includes free unlimited wifi. Entering through the large statement entrance door you are greeted by the spacious living area featuring modern furniture on top of a cool polished concrete floor. Directly ahead of you the large bi-fold doors open out on to the 80m2 deck beside the pool. Each of the two main bedrooms has a (split) king bed allowing four adults to sleep comfortably. Wake in the morning to views of the inland mountains through the ranchsliders at the foot of your bed. The house has a large main bathroom as well as two ensuite bathrooms giving comfort and privacy all around. The designer kitchen with island is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge and stone benchtop. The laundry features a washer and tumble dryer. Relax by the pool and enjoy the peacefulness of the location and not forgetting the mountain view!

Matavera Mountain Vista sits midway between the main road, which runs along near the coastline of the island, and the backroad, which is an inland road that runs parallel to the main road. It is located a few hundred metres along from 'Ikurangi Eco Retreat'.
