Each villa has its’ own ocean front patio deck and is fully equipped with top of the line kitchen and bathroom amenities. We are conveniently located with only a ten-minute drive from the main township of Avarua and just minutes from beautiful Muri Beach. Seaside Beachfront Villas also has quick access to some of the top tourist destinations and island cultural experiences on Rarotonga. We are a family oriented business, however, due to the guest demographic our property caters to, we welcome children 12 years and above only. Our property managers reside nearby for your assistance.
