The neighborhood is very quiet and residential, the bus to the city center passes at the corner of the apartment, if you walk two blocks towards the coast from the apartment is the Pelluco beach, where you will find bars, restaurants, coffee shops and mini markets to buy what you may need in the Juan Soler Manfredinni coastal avenue, where you will also find public transportation. The distance to the city center of Puerto Montt is about 5 minutes by car, you can also walk 4 kilometers along the coastal road until to the city center of Puerto Montt.
