Situated in downtown Valdivia, only 2 blocks from Plaza Republica, services include free Wi-Fi and complimentary parking. Cosy rooms are offered at Melillanca. The comfortable rooms at Hotel Melillanca have wood furnishings, soft lighting and brown textured carpets. All offer cable TV, a minibar and heating, and have en suite bathrooms with hairdryers. Hotel Melillanca, with its privileged location in the city's financial, commercial, and tourist center, just steps from the waterfront. We have eight event rooms with capacity for 8 to 200 people in the auditorium, audiovisual services, and catering services. Our Los Avellanos bar and Los Alerces restaurant are open Monday through Sunday. Hotel Melillanca features central heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe deposit boxes, and free parking for guests staying with us.
