From September 29th until October 31st, the building’s wet areas (swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi) will be under scheduled maintenance. This temporary closure is intended to provide you very soon with a renewed, more comfortable space designed for your maximum enjoyment. Please note that common areas are subject to availability and operational hours. On the 2nd floor, you'll find a café offering a wide variety of food and breakfast options. On the ground floor, explore restaurants with a diverse selection of culinary delights to satisfy your cravings. Important Information: 1. Mandatory Registration: As a residential building, all guests included in the reservation must register at the reception upon check-in. 2. Limited Access: Only registered guests at check-in are allowed entry into the building. 3. No Visitors Allowed: Visitors who were not registered at check-in are strictly prohibited from entering the building. 4. Minors: Only minors accompanied by their parents are permitted entry, and a copy of the minor's birth certificate must be provided. In the case of minors traveling alone or with guardians/family members who are not their parents, it is mandatory to present: An original notarized or legal permit signed by both parents, specifying the following: dates of stay, the name of the accommodation, the names and ID numbers of the parents, the minor, and the person authorized to stay with the minor. Attach the IDs of all individuals mentioned.
