With 85 m² (915 sq ft), the apartment offers the perfect balance of elegance and coziness — making it an ideal retreat for families, couples, or friends. Beautiful and quiet area. close to el Rodadero and other shopping areas like Zazue Plaza shopping Center. there is a bus that passes in front of the building but I recommend either a taxi or rent a car.
