This house is very peaceful and just two blocks from 70th Boulevard and 300 meters of Atanasio Girardot Stadium. We have Private rooms, Some of our bedrooms share a bathroom and some have a private bathroom. Is located on the second floor with large common areas, including a nice balcony with chairs and a table, where you can enjoy a meal with a nice breeze and view. The living room is a place where you can use your laptop or visit with the other guests. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and available for you to prepare meals. The rooms have a fan, desk, closet, bed, night table, mirror, blackout curtains and cable TV. Amenities include: Hot water, WiFi (60 MB), Kitchen. We provide arriving guests with toilet tissue, shampoo, body soap, clean bath towels and bed linens. Twice weekly house cleaning and laundry service for your clothing is also included once per week (The Monday) .
