Hermosa casa, con wifi rodeada de naturaleza, lagos y un hermoso campo de Golf. El condominio Campestre el Peñon, está ubicado a 5Km de la plaza de Girardot cuenta con piscina, canchas de tenis, golf, lago, spa, capilla y piscina al aire libre entre otros. La casa está completamente equipada, remodelada, tiene piscina, asoleadoras y hermosa vista al campo de golf. Dispone de 4 dormitorios independientes de los cuales 3 tienen aire acondicionado.
