🔐 Security Deposit

Due to the valuable items within the property, a security deposit of COP $2,000,000 / USD $500 is required. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage or missing items.

🏝️ Condo Access Fee

Included for all guests with bookings of 3 nights or more. For shorter stays, there is a charge of COP $45,000 / USD $12 per person. Children under 7 years old are free.

🧑‍🌾 Butler Service Included

Covers garden maintenance, pool care, and waste disposal. Can also assist with basic errands (COP $6,000 per trip).

🧹 Housekeeping

Included for stays of more than 3 nights (2–3 hours/day). For shorter stays, the cost is COP $100,000 per day.

👩‍🍳 Additional Staff for Groups (6+ Guests)

For groups larger than six (6) people, additional staff is required at a rate of COP $100,000 / USD $25 per day.

🏖️ Day Passes

USD $20 per person per day.

🐶 Pets

Welcome for USD $50 each, maximum of two pets.

🕒 Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

USD $40 per hour (subject to availability).
