Novelty Suites Hotel has air-conditioned rooms with cable TV, styled in tasteful warm hues. Suites include seating areas with sofa beds and kitchen facilities. Non-residents in Colombia may qualify for VAT exemption under Decree 297 of 2016 by presenting a physical passport with a valid PT (Entry and Stay Permit) stamp or a valid temporary visa with a tourism (V) stamp. Without this, the exemption cannot be applied. Colombian nationals residing abroad who enter via Biometrics must request the entry stamp in their passport in order to qualify for the VAT exemption.
