Hi I'm Dave. We welcome You to our convenient central Uvita oasis.
You can walk to restaurants, bus stop, bank, groceries. Just 2.2 km to waterfall. You can take a 4 minute ride to gorgeous beaches with shaded picnic areas. Secure parking for your vehicle (up to 4 vehicles pls advise if you need space). Your private studio for cost of a shared room awaits. New construction. Gated, cameras. Quiet except the occasional moto. Continuing to improve the outside space, ie near future you can enjoy a grill, and seating areas. Message me for list of my favorite restaurants, beaches and surf tour referrals
Pura Pura, life in Uvita is special. I'm happy to have something productive to do so thank you for being part of that. I live part time on the property, there's also a property manager living nearby so there's always someone to help
Authentic Tico neighborhood, 1 block to Uvita Centro between Coffee Cat Cafe and Uvita Print. Bus/groceries/restaurants. It's pretty quiet except that one moto on occasion that modified his muffler lol.
