This home is the perfect retreat for relaxing with family and friends. Nestled in nature and perched on a hill, it offers stunning views of Costa Rican wildlife, lush flora, and fauna. With a private pool, multiple hammocks, a BBQ area, and plenty of comfortable spaces to unwind, you’ll have everything you need to enjoy the serene surroundings. Plus, you’re conveniently close to excellent surf breaks, restaurants, and grocery stores. Inside, the living room features a 47" SMART TV with cable, and the pool area is softly lit for evening relaxation, though there are no lights inside the pool itself. Each room is designed for comfort, with ceiling fans and oscillating floor fans in every space. The two bedrooms upstairs have airconditioning. The master bedroom upstairs is equipped with air conditioning and the bedroom upstairs with two matrimonial beds. The bedroom located on the first floor and the rest of the house does not have air conditioning however it is built to maximize the cooling natural breezes from the ocean and mountains, . *only the two bedrooms upstairs have air conditioning. All other rooms have strong cieling fans and floor fans. All windows and doors are screened to ensure your comfort. The house is accessible via gravel roads, so if you’re not familiar with driving on such terrain, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Please bring drinking water. The water is fine for cooking and brushing your teeth but due to a high mineral content it is not potable. Note-only the master bedroom upstairs has airconditioning **Please respect the peaceful environment: no outdoor speakers or loud parties.**

We can send a reliable taxi service to pick you up at the airport or help you arrange a car rental. We are only 90 to 120 minutes from the San Jose airport. We always suggest that you rent a car to maximize your adventure potential and for convenience . The house is located at the top of a gravel road. If you are not Comfortable driving on gravel, we suggest a 4x4
